Why We Don’t Take Insurance

Insurance-based care limits what providers can do. By operating as a cash-pay practice, we remove those barriers — so your care is driven by your needs, not an insurance company’s rules.

⏱️

60-Minute Visits

Instead of the 7-minute rushed appointments insurance models require.

🎯

Personalized Care

Treatment plans tailored to you — not limited by what insurance will cover.

🔬

Advanced Testing

Access to functional medicine labs and panels that insurance often won’t approve.

🤝

True Partnership

No middleman between you and your provider. Your health decisions stay yours.

Common Questions

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards as payment. Our services are eligible healthcare expenses under most HSA/FSA plans.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnostic and procedure codes. You can submit it to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan — we recommend calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network benefits.

Labs are separate from visit fees. The good news is that many lab tests can be run through your insurance. We’ll guide you through the process and let you know which labs may be covered and which are out-of-pocket.
